Costs vary based on the services required as well as insurance coverage. Do you take Medicaid?
+
Yes. We also accept State Children's Health Insurance Programs (SCHIP), and United Concordia's Tricare.
How can I prepare for my visit?
+
Plan to bring your insurance card, if you plan to use insurance coverage. and a photo ID. It is also helpful to bring contact information and the birth date of the patient receiving care.
My child is nervous. How can I help?
+
The best way to help your child prepare for their visit is to talk to them about what the dentist does and why their visit is important. For younger children, it may be helpful to walk them through an imaginary dentist visit by having them sit in a chair and lean back. Older children may benefit from reading books about the dentist or even accompanying you to your next visit. Many children benefit from bringing a favorite toy or blanket to hold during their appointment. Strive to be a positive role model for your child. If you are nervous, try to be positive so that they don’t pick up on your fear.
What will my child’s visit be like?
+
Our dentist will walk your child through a standard check-up, including an exam, a cleaning, an x-rays, if needed. They will demonstrate each step in the procedure before beginning, allowing ample time for you or your child to ask questions.

Can I stay with my child during their appointment?
+
Yes! Most parents and guardians prefer to stay in the treatment room, both to help keep their child calm and to better understand the care they are receiving. Sometimes, however, it is distracting for the child, especially if the parent or guardian is excessively nervous. Our staff can help you make the best decision for you.
